This started as a project for one of my classes, and I decided to see if I could maintain a blog...we'll see how it goes!

A few "get to know me" questions:
  • favorite color: purple
  • favorite food: potatoes or sweet treats
  • favorite team: I don't even know how sports work...
    • but I love watching NASCAR...my favorite is when they crash 🙈
  • favorite movies: Grown Ups, Just Go With It, 50 First Dates (obviously I love Adam Sandler) The Hannah Montana Movie, 10 Things I Hate About You
  • favorite tv show: The Office without a doubt, but also love King of Queens, Rules of Engagement, and Life in Pieces
  • favorite pasttime: watching Tiktok or rotting in bed (I'm pretty sure I could go to the Olympics in rotting in bed)

This is one of my FAVORITE recipes I have gotten off Tiktok. @____ popped up in my For You Page a few months ago making this recipe, and it was an instant save. We now make it at least once every two weeks. Let me know in the comments what you think of it! EASY CREAMY TORTELLINI Ingredients: 1 lb. ground hamburger 1 5 oz. package of pre-cooked tortellini (pictures at the bottom) 1 block of cream cheese 1 jar of pasta sauce 12 oz. spinach Parmesan cheese for topping Directions: 1. Boil water for pasta. 2. Cook hamburger to well done. 3. Cook pasta in water for 5 minutes. 4. Drain pasta 5. Add pasta sauce and cream cheese block to hamburger. Stir to break up cream cheese.  6. Add pasta and spinach to pan. Cover with lid for 5ish minutes for cheese to melt. 7. Stir, top with parmesan cheese and serve! (picture from Aldi.com)

I Just Got Engaged- Now What?!

The First Steps to Take After Getting Engaged You got engaged- congratulations! You’ve probably dreamed about your wedding for a long time. But now that it’s time to start planning, you might be feeling overwhelmed. Here are the first things we did when got engaged, and why you should do them too!   1.       Enjoy the moment!
